Thylander is a private equity real estate firm, founded in 1986 by Lars Thylander. Today, Thylander consists of approximately 40 employees who develop and manage real estate funds daily on behalf of their investors, ranging from high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and family offices to Danish pension funds and international investors.
Thylander operates as a vertically integrated organization, creating value at every stage of the investment cycle. The firm engages in property development across standing assets, development projects, and special cases.
